so crooked cops stealing from a crook himself... it happens everyday here and it only make the news because the crooked guy is the son of the Pol Maj-Gen Nanthachart Suphamonkhon, the provincial police commander in Isaan

Attempting to buy e-cigarette materials is not illegal in any way.

 

Importing and selling them is the crime. This whole thing makes no sense as the only ones committing a crime was the police and the crime would be selling this kind of thing.

another clear example like it is not only us farang being subjected on such issues but also thais!

and all i know, in some cases, they pay more than foreigners to get away or asked amounts more than amounts asked from farang.
