VfS Global UK Visa - Uploading Documents - Issues

I have never been a great fan of VfS Global, especially since their move to the Trendy Building.

 

With the introduction of self uploading documents (like the Australian visa application process) I thought things had taken a step in the right direction.

 

 

Nope....... I was wrong. A lumpy system at best, I have failed for days to get less than 10 documents uploaded. Several different error messages have been received. I am now getting "User is already logged in. Try again after some time"................. I did and I am still getting the same message.

 

There is always the possibility of operator error on my part, but I believe that I have followed the instructions correctly - and have managed to get 5 document suploaded.

 

Is this a cunning ploy to push applicants to the 460 Baht scanning service ?

Cant you just log out, then log back in again?
