70's blook pressure normally in the 60 to 70 range concor.  Recently went up to 80 - 90 and I started feeling tired and weak legs .  Is there any relationship with high blood pressure?  If you advise going to cardiologist advise what he should do.

You can't mean blood pressure. Do you mean pulse? Or are you referring only to diastolic blood pressure?

In any event not a direct cause and effect relationship though a higher resting pulse than usual (or higher diastolic BP if that is what you referred to)  can be due to any sort of physical or emotional stress.

When did you last have a complete check up?

At your age you should definitely check regularly your heart, weak legs or not.

I'm not a doctor but IMO you should do echo cardiogram and stress cardiogram,  and if budget is not an issue, CT angiogram.  AFAIK these should test most of your heart functions. Also if you were smoker as the doctor to check the blood circulation of your legs - afaik the smokers are known to be prone of bad blood circulation in the lower legs area.

I did an echo cardiogram and stress test cardiogram at Thaksin hospital Surat Thani 2 weeks ago. The doctors were very professional and the whole thing including the cardiologist consultation came at 4900 Baht.

Yes Pulse get a check up every 3 months by cardiologist and wear a watch that accurately records my pulse. It just went up a few days ago and I started feeling weak wondered if they were connected.  Blood  pressure readings are 120/70 check it a couple of times per day.

Having insurance physical in a couple of weeks

Why wear a watch for recording BP ?   Why not buy a proper BP checker example Omron ?

I have 2 proper omron BP checkers at home and the watch matches them when I check.  The watch records my BP and pulse 24/7 on my phone.

Going to the hospital on Sunday.  Came to the conclusion I wasn't peeing enough so have apt with a Urologist.

1. Flexible Cystoscopy

Advantage:  Reducing endoscopic pain

2. Flexible Ureterorendoscope

Advantage Ability to treat kidney and ureteral stones together in a single surgery

3. ESWL (Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy)

Advantages:    No need for surgery,  no hospitalization

4. PCNL (Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy)

Advantage:  Small lesions about 2 cm in size to treat large kidney stones

5. Prostate biopsy to diagnose prostate cancer
6. MRI Prostate for diagnosing prostate cancer

They say, "   No pain from urinary catheterization to measure the amount of urine
   • Prostate-related disease
   • Urinary tract encoscopy"

I'll believe it when I see it.

The various tests you mention have different purposes and all would not be considered in a single patient.

Possible that none would be indicated in your case.

When you say "not peeing enough" what exactly do you mean? Is it that you simply can't fully empty your bladder or that there is not much urine? If the former in most cases you'd be peeing often but in small amounts and unable to get up a normal stream. If the latter you are likely just dehydrated.

Prostate enlargement, stones etc would not account tor being weak and tired.

Dehydration could. So might a urinary tract infection.

You will no longer believe it when you feel it.  Flexible Cystoscopy can be a bit painful (insurtation) and very uncomfortable (water fill bladder).  But well worth the pain and a little bleeding if needed.  It can also be extremely painful in the wrong hands (teaching hospital experience).

Peeing often but in small amounts. 10 times a day 15 seconds normal stream.  Was taking cipro 500 for 5 days but caused pain (heart burn) and constipation.

What makes this difficult is getting new insurance this next week and my cardiologist started his own clinic and it is less money than the hospital - same equipment and I want to switch because he is there all the time not only 1 day per week like at the hospital.

Not sure I follow as most hospitals have cardio available 24 hours a day if required and access to much more equipment than any clinic.  If your doctor only worked one day a week at hospital expect there were others that worked full time and on-call?

I've been going to the same cardio for 7 years.  I believe it is better to see the same doctor familiar with me and my situation rather than switching doctors each time I go (4 times per year for check up) plus speaks English like a native and works at European hospitals a couple of times a year and writes books about cardiology.

Went to the urology doctor and he prescribed two pills to combat infection and an appoint for in 2 weeks Said my prostate looked a bit enlarged.  Will check for cancer in 2 weeks.   Cravit tab 500 and Urief 4 mg.  I don't think I'll be able to take both at the same time.  Too strong and my mouth is very dry and have major heartburn and possible vomiting.

Best see your cardiologist to be on the safe side. Heartburn and angina can feel much the same.

Thai specialists have severr tunnel vision and will usually not pick up anything unrelated to their specialty.

As I mentioned before prostate problem will not explian the weak legs etc.

I don't have any heartburn till I take cipro or Urief'4.  No pills no heartburn.  I would assume that means the pills cause cause the heartburn.  I also have very dry mouth after I take the pills.

Cipro causes extreme heartburn/gas for me and unable to breath - it is also linked to leg issues in many (including me - could not take first real steps out of chair but after few baby steps was able to walk - but will never take again.  Had to take extreme anti acid and that would have killed any good action of cipro.
