Bags of local coffee and loose leaf green tea in CM?

Featured Replies

Hey all,

I want to buy a few small gifts. I'm thinking some loose leaf green tea or a bag of coffee.

Anyone know where I can get some bags? Something local (or from Thailand) would be great.

Thanks for your help!

lots of people rave about all the good coffee in cm. fact is, i had a hard time finding beans to brew my own.

buying beans from a coffee shop was pretty pricey and as a westerner a small bag of beans is not going to do me. i get ground duang dee hilltribe coffee now from rimping. its about 109 baht for 240 grams or 209 baht for 500 grams and is pretty good.

Hillkoff Italian expresso beans unbeatable central CM????

Thanks, all. These sound like good recommendations for coffee. But how about loose green tea? Something that's grown in the hills north of here?

Rimping got loads of different brands. Elsewhere, if you can find a source of Japanese green tea, that's the healthiest antioxidant.

we bought off them 2 weeks ago, beans were terribly burnt and we had to throw it away, we will never buy from them again, they didnt even answer our email to query the condition of the beans. Red Cliff is the best coffee we have bought from that region

Thanks for the input, everyone.

Ended up picking up a few bags of elegantly packed oolong from Rimping. I appreciate the help!
