The TM28 form is for foreigners to report themselves to Immigration after staying away from their registered address for more than 24 hours, as required under Section 37 (c) of the same act.

Clearly proven otherwise. You were all complaining about tm30 so we dealt with it, you no longer need to worry about tm30, now you only need to

worry about tm28, which is the same thing but it’s no longer 30 but 28

cause its important to others remaining here, an its NEVER been mentioned about not needing to file TM 30 BUT

needing to file TM 28

Nothing new there. It's always been the landlord's job to file the TM30. Just as it's always been the farang's job to pay the fine.

i will let this one brew a bit before   putting my oar in   as this is only one office out of many  lets see how the others react (or not)
