I was watching CNN news on this website, https://www.livenewsnow.com/american/cnn-news-usa.html, yeterday morning and the audio stopped playing.  I've been reconfiguring my computer sysem so I thought that it was me or the computer  I went back and tried to reinitialize it and I get video but no audio.  I can get audio on many other websites with no problem, even the same stream on a different site.  I tied the same site on Chrome and both audio oand video are fine.  Ive also found other websites where the audio works fine.  I can't see how it's a harware problem since it works on Chrome and not on firefox.  It was plsaying fine and just stopped playing audio but the video continued ,  Maybe an automatic up[date from Mozilla That screwed it up?  I use Windows 7 and Mozilla 68.0.2 (32 bit)

 

Anybody else having problems?  Any Suggestions. It's still thhe same today after rebooting many times.

Nope all fine with my FF browser on win 10 home......try troubleshooting sound problems
