Indonesia vowed to control smog problem, says Prayut

Give me a break... Indonesia makes a vow to curb pollution, which means stop burning forests and fields, yet virtually every day near me, a field is set on fire and/or vast amounts of pesticides are being sprayed. Note:  Army helicopters fly over daily and I'm yet to see one land and confront the burners. Was there climate protest in Thailand?   Ha!

True I have been in Singapore many times over last 15 years, same issues every year; just like the locals in Chiang Mai and they blame others.

life as usual in south east Asia smoke cancer dirt...everywhere...take it or leave it...ah i forgot a bunch of useless corrupt politicians...wherever u look on all levels....but last point is pretty much everywhere AND the same is rampant in farang country ( trump etc ) ..so that last point  at least should make u feel  like home...

Indonesia does nothing of the sort otherwise it wouldn't be as bad as it is.

They burn every year and don't give a fark about others in the smokes path.

Just like Thailand does, the smog will only dissipate when the burnings finished!

So the big cheese (cheesy grin) has taken to Facebook live.

Not wanting to be outdone by Potus before his Thailand visit and his tweets..

Wonder how many followers he has, and how long before he starts issuing fake news reports.

The public already sees his fake news and false promises every day.
