I have a home about 30km from Nakhon Phanom

There is not a lot of rental of property around here as far as i am aware

There are a number of Resort Type places in the area which may be of use

Small chalet acomodation in this area is quite abundent

I now of 5 or 6 in the 30km area south of Nakhon Phanom

There is one in That Phanom which is newly built and to a good standard around 40km South

There is another just off the major route to the airport i am unaware of the quality

If you would like some further info on the resorts etc let me know

I will ask the wife if she knows of any agents in the area and post here for you

You will enjoy your time in Isaan this is a wonderful place

The wife says the only way to find a rental property in Nakhon Phanom is to drive around the streets looking for posters

There are no agents here as far as she is aware

I second that, dont bother looking for signs either, just drive up and any empty place start asking in Thai if they want to rent it.
