You are right, brilliant idea, have the tenant legally registered on the back of your title deed as the Lessee for a term that they have not yet paid for, crack on.

  • why would you register residential lease at the land office and whoever told you tenants would be paying the tax?   Unless you mean, you want to buy and rent the entire building as commercia

    Same as tenants anywhere I bet, stop paying as long as they can, ruin the place and then disappear.

I think you are inexperienced about the way things roll here in Thailand. Are you an armchair quarterback from a nanny state western country?

Lived here for 16 years not that it matters, like I said, your idea is brilliant, crack on.
