 I am male almost 40 , I look and speak faminly , 

 

I would like to ask for references for a doctor or clinics that can transform

Male to man (sounds wired i know)

 

 

Voice change , hormone etc all acceptable

 

 

 

 

 

Have you had testosterone levels measured yet? That would be first step

I used to joke with family members about the fact that biologically men are half woman.  My homophobic brother who never went to college and had no idea about these things would get very angry about it.  Insisting he was 100% man etc...

A man receives one Y chromosome from the father's sperm and an X chromosome from the mother's ovum. 

 

Genetically it is very complicated,  but out of 20,000 genes, only 27 are "male specific" and that number of genes can be even lower in males, down to just 14 specific male genes not shared with females.  So as we are all human beings, we share many genetic similarities with the opposite sex.  There are anomalies of XXY and XYY men and women, but very rare.   Am a bit nerdy when it comes to science

 

As Sheryl says, get your testosterone checked.

Your figures are a bit off.  The number of genes in the human genome is at least 46,831.  And there are 200 known genes on the Y-chromosome (i.e. male specific).

at 40 - you will not be getting any taller even with HGH 

Where in Thailand are youi located?

 

You need to start with blood tests for hormone levels.

 

As others have said, growing taller is not going to happen. But if there is a hormone imbalance or unusually low levels of testosterone that can be treated,

there is nothing you can do to grow taller, 177 is average height anyways. also you do not want to remove all estrogen, it still plays an essential part in health for a male in regards to sexual functioning, bone/joint health, skin ,etc. At 40 years old your time has come and gone, im sorry but thats the reality. Just do the best you can to eat healthy, lose weight if you need to, exercise, and reduce environmental toxins to maintain natural hormones. injecting hormones will do absolutely nothing for voice at your age. that is set during puberty, once you have gone through puberty your voice is set thats it.

Hospitals specializing solely in this, no. There are a few clinics which do, and the various anti-aging clinics (many of which are attached to hospitals) can also do it.

I think it fepends on what you are wanting it for.

 

If body building tupe issues then Macimum Wellness Clinic is geared to that.

 

If for andropause then the anti-aging clinics like Vita Life.

 

If for a hormonal disorder then an endocrinologist.

I'm no expert in this area, but I remember how a former British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, had her voice retrained by speech therapists to lower the tone dramatically to make her sound more "authoritative".  Exploring speech therapy might be one avenue to investigate.

 

It might also be worth trying to connect with female to male transsexuals to learn how they have changed themselves.

 

Simply changing bodily hormones is not going to be a complete solution.
