Scooter Licence & Registration Formalities

Hi Everybody,

I want to buy a small scooter (say 125cc) but have no licence from anywhere.

What do I need to do to be legal licence & reg-wise, please?

100-125cc motorcycles are OK, but you need a proper licence to drive.

Scooters with small wheels are generally not licenced in Thailand,

though they are available.

Best for the farang to avoid, unless you want to start supporting the local police force.
