Generic Cialis 5 mg for BPH

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I already posted in the past about this and the answer was that generic version is not available in LOS. I was wondering though if is it possible to buy online and get it shipped here. Any experiences/feedback?

Here I can find only original 5 mg at the pharmacy for 4,500 thb (28 pills box).

Thanks

It might slip through customs,  if it's not a big package and if it's sent by regular mail,  valued at less than 45 USD.

Otherwise customs may keep it. The law is certainly on their side.

It would be legal if someone brings medicine for himself into the country, for more or less 30 days,  let's say 20mg per day for 40 or 50 days,  with a doctor's script.

Pills box is actually quite small. Original is quite expensive and generic still not available here in LOS, whereas I understand it is in the west (not 100% sure tbh but I read something). Was wondering if someone here was already using this method.

thanks

Just buy the 20mg tabs and cut into quarters - will save you a fortune!

Yes, generics are available in the West.

I have never sent them here by mail and I would not dare to do so.

As I said (and there is a whole thread about this), it would not be legal.

The only legal way as a private person to bring medicine here is a 30 day (maybe a bit more) supply for yourself when you enter the country.

Something like Cialis needs a script.

I would be surprised if one could not find Apcalis or similar there.

I wonder why tadalafil is not available in Thailand as the patent has lapsed, so Eli Lilly should no longer have a monopoly.  Seems strange because sildenafil is available here and produced by the Government Pharmaceutical Organization.

If 20 mg pills are shaped as the 5 that would be quite tricky... they are water drop-shaped, extremely difficult to split in 4 even pieces. But probably 20 mg has a different shape.

Besides, is 20mg generic tadalafil available here?

thanks

Thanks, I was counting on lousy Thai customs check. But I admit I know very little about customs standards/efficiency in Thai

Is that a generic version of Cialis/tadalafil?

Exactly! I have no idea too

There is no legal generic tadalafil in Thailand.

You can find Apcalis (generic from India) in many pharmacies at tourist hot spots, but not at normal legal Thai pharmacies

Small drug store down Sukhumvit a few meters past Soi 4, has many types of medication of this type....

aka mydixafloppin

Is that generic Tadalafil actually?

Is that safe? In what formats is it available (mg)?

Usually sold as 20mg.

I don't know whether they sell other sizes,  i doubt it.

If it is the real thing from India than its generic tadalafil and safe.

Whether some street stall sells fake Apcalis? I don't know.  I would never buy any medicine from a street vendor.

I buy medicines from reputable pharmacies. If they have been in business for many years,  are big, have Thai customers, are willing to give you a receipt and have a company seal with a license number,  they are probably legal and ok.

Get doxazosin from a Thai government hospital instead, does almost the same thing.

1bht/2mg tablet.

5mg/night fixed me up straight away.

It's a different medication class. I need to ask my dr

If you want Cialis for BPH, not for EDF, then Doxazosin would be the simplest solution. Ask your doctor.

Actually, Tamsulosin is usually preferred to Doxazosin. But Tamsulosin is expensive in Thailand.
