To say that science is settled is a nonsense. Real science is never "settled" as new discoveries come into play all the time. If science was settled we'd still be thinking the sun revolves around the earth.

There is a relationship between CO2 and climate change- increased CO2 occurs as a result of increased temperatures according to scientists that I believe have a better understanding of the science of climate change.
