How do you find this product in Thailand? Are there any suggestion places if I would like to buy it?

Lazada, but all depends what you want it for, Echo dot is better quality sound, but Echo does not speak or translate Thai, Google mini does

I think it just comes with a light bulb for automation, that is all. as in starter kit to try it out and then add more gadgets. 

 

But it is basically google mini. and price about right, bulb is added extra

do you know how to make it understand thai when its in english mode?  When i say hey google play X thai song, it doesnt understand <deleted>.

Can not.  It can only translate using google translate
