Nonresponsive.  Please answer the question.

Trump cannot be charged with any criminal offence. So its a moot point.

However, congress can impeach him for anything they want.

Perhaps educate yourself before posting nonsense.

Rogers' weave looks more convincing than the case against Trump. The more you read, the more convoluted and confusing it all seems. The only real corruption I still see is the Biden - son of a bleep h

The "coup" continues on it's rickety track.     I'm surprised they didn't charge Roger Stone with murdering Epstein.

The distress felt by Trump's supporters makes them even more pathetic than before...

True, they try anything except address the witnesses testimonies.

to spite the troll, and try to get back on topic:  Out of all the dreadful people Mr Trump surrounds himself with I would most like to see Stone do a long sentence.  Why is he so arrogant as to think a self-confessed "dirty trickster" is good for the nation?

Stone carries the lingering stench of the Nixon regime, as did Roger Ailes, who is now gone.  Class of 1968.  Ben Stein is still around, but he's gone as goofy as Rudy.

The downside of longevity is that your past may catch up with you (ask Bill Cosby about that).

He is clever and brazen, anything he does is under suspicion, Russian-style, where all is suspect.  That thing on Tuesday where someone had a medical issue in the courtroom, and then Stone himself begged off with "food poisoning," no way there wasn't some device in play, and any claim to it laughed off as conspiracy theory -- that's how it's done.

Everyone in the Republican Trump circus must have to do an apprenticeship in lying and misinformation to qualify for the position. They URGENTLY need a trainer in memory skills as none of them seem to be able to remember which lie the told to whom.Memory skills may also help them remember the truth.

Why would anyone voluntarily talk to Congress?  Why does anyone voluntarily talk to police or FBI?  Foolish people should learn to shut up.

There's that word again, obstructing. Everyone is always obstructing, something, nothing, who knows? But what was the crime? Oh, obstructing, OK. What or who did he obstruct and why? Must have been congress. With an approval rating in the teens most everyone in the country would obstruct congress.  Democrats and Republicans alike.

Read the article:

"charges of obstructing justice, witness tampering and lying to the U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee

Here’s a thing.

Stone’s indictment comes out of the Mueller investigation (that’s the one Illiberals keep telling us was a ‘nothing burger’).

Here’s another thing.

Stone’s trial relates to criminality that falls within scope of the Mueller investigation.

That doesn't seem to be too far removed from Mr Trump himself.  What with recent news about Giulliani heading for under the bus, the pace seems to be quickening lately.

He can be charged with criminal offenses after he leaves the Presidency. Fairly strong motivation for him to run again.

He will pre-pardon himself for federal crimes.

Luckily we have the boys and girls in the SDNY office who are more than willing to "pick up the slack."
