Every time I go to BKK hospital I’m escorted to cashier, at least 50x ive been there, so where are they getting their figures

Yes, that is my experience as an OP. As an inpatient they make you hang around until they are happy. But people do get out of the door leaving a debt behind, they exact some signatures or try to get you to leave your passport. Not everyone has a million sitting there ready to pay a bill. They can't send you straight into a jail cell. A pal was treated like a leper, and I don't mean treated medically!
