Where do all the shop signs go (when the 1000's of shops close)?

They are sent to China and India, reprinted in Hindi and Mandarin then returned to Thailand for use on former retail premises, bars and restaurants. 

 

Resourcefulness and practicality are attributes found not only in the Thai culture but also in those of India and China.

They can be repaired and sold to colleagues who need them, or placed in a new location, or they can be stored and reused as a shop sign when needed.
