Thai Airways open express domestic delivery service

Thai Airways is setting up express domestic delivery services, with guarantees that cargo would be delivered within 24 hours.

The Managing Director of Thai Airway's Cargo and Mail Commercial Division, Mr. Charnchai Singthowrote (ชาญชัย สิงห์โตโรจน์ ), revealed that from March 16 onwards Thai Airway's Cargo and Mail Commercial Division would be promoting door to door express cargo and parcel delivery services within Thailand. The service, named Thai Express Cargo (TEC) delivery within 24 hours, or a 50% money-back guarantee.

The Managing Director said that the service would require the cooperation of expert and experienced delivery service networks nationwide. Transportation would be handled by Thai Airway aircrafts, with emphasis on speed and reliability, to ensure smooth customer transactions. Mr. Charnchai affirmed that delivery flights would take only 1 hour.
