Can sell motorbike with out of date registration?

Featured Replies

registration ???   do you mean road tax and insurance... ??   the registration doesn't go out of date...when changing names of the registered keeper in the green book then you will have to pay any/all missed road tax before the DLT will update the details

( should also have to pay all outstanding traffic offence fines too but not sure its widely implemented yet)

Yes you can. The question is if anybody will buy it.

Yes, but why, it's hard enough selling a bike as it is.

Because I don't have residency cert to renew registration in that district.

So, when they're changing districts for the bike, will be no problem for them, even if registration out of date in another district? Correct?
