Thanks for that. Very informative. I stand corrected. Silly when you think that I was the external examiner for a University of London PhD on date palm tissue culture about 23 years ago, knowing ziltch about date palms, although a general specialist in plant tissue culture. Just goes to show........ But I did learn how extremely useful and valuable is date palm agriculture in the middle east.

I have a similar view. Better than a condo block but still inferior to the mature natural vegetation that was there before and is in the adjacent plot.
