????Wonderful Thailand ,hub of "something new every day ".????

New to you, perhaps.

It's not clear from the OP whether this is "tom/dee" or if so how important that is. Maybe just FWB. In any case I can attest it's absolutely wonderful as long as the OP is invited to watch & participate. We're seeing a lack of imagination here. This lady is probably up for exploring some new gardens. Hit other bars, hit the go-gos, get on the apps. GO FOR IT!

Like to get some opinions, should I ask?

Sister can mean many things here in Thailand, i.e. I have know a few girls referring to their friends as sister, some even sleeping with their "sister", lucky me on a couple of occasions, but the thing to watch out for, as you said, you accidentally found out, her sister was once her brother, could mean the other i.e. her sister is a Tom Boy and was once her boyfriend, so where does that leave you.

I also know a few Thai girls, and pretty ones at that, age range from 21-25 that have TomBoys, e.g. girls cutting their hair short and being or trying to be the man in the relationship, and my under my breathe comment has always been, what a waste. obviously been disappointed by some male not lapping them up somewhere along the way, damn my timing is bad, as the old saying goes, first in best dressed ????

However, accidently, found out her 'sister' turns out to be past (?) bi boyfriend (who is female).

usually, they say sister so you don't worry as much.  but they mean something different, i hope for your sake.  anyhow, if she's bi then you are not dating her....simply filling some time and space, which is fine.  i feel bad saying this, but i would go get tested after a month or so and i hope she isn't a big drinker.  if you are happy, great.  just watch her on her phone. if she gets 100 messages from her sisters and brothers, well, you understand.  30% odds this could work out, which is pretty decent considering.  good luck.

How I see the situation ..............

Your 'gf' is banging a ladyboy by choice, and you for the money.

'Sister' is a Thai to English translation error, all females (and men pretending to be females), of a similar age, are covered by the Thai word 'sister', it doesn't imply any blood relationship.

It's not a "mistranslation" but is used in a broader context. Usually close friends. I sometimes refer to my closest frieind as "like a brother" nothing more than that really.

GF banging a ladyboy? Ladyboys see themselves as hetrosexual women. The last thing they want is to "bang" another woman. They don't even have sex with each other. Straight guys only for ladyboys, not even gay men. Makes me laugh when people say that men who go with ladyboys must be gay. 1. A ladyboy wouldn't be interested in a gay man. 2. Gay men have no interest in ladyboys. Don't ask me why straight men would want to go with ladyboys, that I can't answer!

Ya, all the posters above took the OP's use of the term "sister" to be blood relative sister. But I instead took it to mean the casual term Thai women typically use for close female friends as being their "sister."  Especially when the dating ex boy/GF came into the picture. The bargirl is not literally having a sexual relationship with her real sister, though Britman certainly would not mind if she were!  :w00t:

Very common here to have a "Tom" girlfriend. Met a girl recently in a bar. Stunning 28 year old. Something just didn't seem quite right to me but noticed that she did have several customers over the coming weeks. After about six weeks she just dissappeard.

Talked to one of the other girls about her and she explained that she was a "tom dee" and her tom girlfriend couldn't deal with her working in a bar, so she left the bar.

Toms often have a strong hold on their tom dee girlfriends, just like Thai men, and are known for taking their money and even beating them up. Very difficult for a farang customer to break that bond.

As for the child, depending on age, there's no real reason why the child wouldn't accept you.

i like toms because its just like doing a guy, with the added benefit of her being a female...

her sister is her ex boyfriend and happens to be bisexual? Am I understanding this correctly?

They dated, then the "sister" had a sex change to become a woman?

Family reunions and gatherings should be interesting, please see this through and document the entire thing for us. I need something new to read with my morning coffee

Sorry, "boyfriend' is a female with shorthair (not sure why this is important, but someone here asked). Definitely not a ladyboy, more like a Dike.

Been hunting for a while and the best you come up with is a bargirl?

Grew up in America, so half the women either have many relationships, been divorced and/or step kids, so really don't mind but get your point. Even the hiso girls here, who knows where they been.

i am dating someone who is bi. i just met her. and have in the past long ago.

the problem you are facing is your girlfriend may truly be in love the other women.

you have to decide if you can deal with that. i would ask her to be honest. and to have a understanding of what your relationship is about.

the odd thing is many men don't feel betrayed if their girlfriend has sex with another woman.

the other thing I ask is "Can I watch?" :clap2:

55 like the Idea. Honestly, looks like it was something in the past don't truly don't know if they are just friends (like I still am friends with my exes) or they still banging each other.

Kids 5. Doesn't that way with her like getting bet up or giving her money to the Tim, although I don't know it for a fact..at least not with my money, pretty tight on it. She does 'go home' once in a while for a couple of days.

I am not a Saint, when she's gone I do hope around. Anyhow, like I said not sure what to think of it.

I used to go out with a good looking girl who was Bi, when she met a girl that she liked she used to turn on the womanly charms! it was a sight to behold - will leave the story there!

Did you know this up front? I didn't know until I accidentally found out about it

Been hunting for a while so do know bargirl call many of their close firneds sister. Remember asking about her family, and she, volunteerarily, show pics of her brother, and the 'sister' so I assumed it blood sister. Funny thing is she did say she's a tomboy when I asked about it...

And the world continues to get stranger and stranger. Why women want to be men and men want to be women is nothing a normal human being can quite comprehend.

There is no such thing as a bisexual bargirl. She's just a lesbian willing to take money from you. I've heard of this scenario several times. It never ends well for the guy with the money.

"Normal" is a cycle on a washing machine or dishwasher, not a human trait .

Many humans are very average though

Because they are not quite as straight as they like to think.

True, and from conversations with transgender women who have retained male genitalia , the "straight men" are more frequently likely to be bottoms.  Keeps their orientations secret, and continues the delusion of "heterosexuality"

An old friend of mine, now deceased (AKA 'Skipper') overheard me talking about this subject many years ago in Cosy Corner, then a popular C Mai outdoor bar. He said "hey Peter, so you are same as me, bi-sexual" (pause) "every time you want sex, you have to buy it" ! RIP Skipper.
