I'm planning to put additional LED brake lights on my Givi rear box

First question, are they legal to use in Thailand? Although I saw lots of motorcycles and scooters using it, I'm worried that it could be something the highway robbers in uniform can use against me.

Second, how easy is it to install? should I just ask the shop to install it for me or it's as easy as tapping it parallel to my brake and signal lights line?

I'm talking about something like this..easily found in lazada/shopee

I think that is a high possibility  500 baht for using a "modified" vehicle ☹️

I think you'll probably get away with that   unless you come up against a particularly uptight "jobsworth" intent on finding something/anything wrong..I see you didn't forget to fold the rear foot rests up..that's something a "jobsworth" will catch you on too !
