Teen and Stepfather Clash with Knives in Pattaya, Both Injured
What has happened to the youths in Thailand? No respect for anyone anymore. not even the elders. Thailand likes to brag about their culture and how the child takes care of family. But more and more I see stories about how the children attack, mame or kill the parents or grandparents over miniscule things like a few hundred baht or not giving money to buy something they wanted. Stupid reasons always for the injuries and deaths the child causes. Has the countries school systems, teachers and the parents lack of giving the child a sense of responsibility finally caught up to this country and showing itself in these types of incidences? I sure hope my own kids learn their sense of responsibility as they grow up. I try everyday to teach them this at home and know nothing about it is taught in their schools. -

Thailand's Auto Production at Lowest Level Since 2021 Pandemic
Too many new models are EV's and/or Chinese. If you don't like them, the choice is pretty limited. I've been waiting for an all new Hilux or the new Landruiser to be released in Thailand but all I see is the boring old Fortuner/Hilux or the latest BYD or GWM tat. I refuse to buy that junk and will keep my powder dry until some decent new ICE models are released. -

Reading devises
I use an android Tablet with an antiglare screen to read. The app I use is called FBREADER and it allows me to use a screen that is similar to the liquid paper that most e-readers use which also helps with glare. There are also various free book sites that you can download ebooks from if you want to read or re-read some of the classics.
