So I guess he is in IDC for some days already, and without his phone...

I hope he gets back online soon to give us an update. I don't like cliffhangers and what OP's silence implies.

Under the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) rules governing the removal of deportation of persons, only the national carrier is obliged to return the individual to their home country.

You know your stuff 007. That knowledge probably came at a heavy cost. Thanks for sharing.

Many thanks for the update.  Glad to hear that your time in IDC was not as bad as you had expected and that you are now on your way back home.

Best of luck for the future.

Who paid for return flight etc

People also talk about added charges for this and that.

I paid obviously taxes fees include and transportation but In airlines I’m treated like a criminal so that’s all from me sorry for that but f$ck Thailand and all their military government they’ll be empty the next few years corruption level is to maximum and this is killing everything next time in Asia somewhere else apart from Thailand never again. Thanks everyone once again I’m in Italy now bring escorted by police like criminal and waiting at waiting rooms

It is your own mistake that you ended up in this situation, don't blame Thailand for your own stupidity.

You cant really blame Thailand, for you falling for the oldest and most well known scam there is. ????

He didn't blame Thailand for his admitted mistake, he blamed it for corruption... as I understood.

I got that, and don't disagree with that part of it. But again, it's the oldest and most well known scam. 5 seconds on Google tells all, his lack of due diligence led him into that wildly obvious scam.

Hiambruno, I hope you are well. I want to ask how did you extend your visa with the court holding your passport? Did you take the court paperwork to immigration office to do that? Thank you

But he can blame the corrupt police, and the corrupt immigration that conspired to heavily punish a foreigner for a crime a Thai wouldn't even be fined 500bht for committing.

Agreed.
