Video: Hunt on for white minivan after 20 year old motorcyclist killed in hit and run

Police suspect that the driver of a white minivan is involved in the death of a 20 year old motorcyclist killed on the Petchkasem Highway southbound yesterday evening. 

 

Angkoon from Prachuab Khirikhan on a Honda Wave was killed near the entrance to Wat Thap Khang in the Khao Yoi area of Petchaburi just before 7 pm. 

 

Police released a video of the vehicle they think caused the death of the rider. It was caught on CCTV entering the Thap Khang housing estate nearby. 

 

The license plate is not known.

So what wha they mean is don't know reg number as it don't have one durrr. Why can't the police see that having a reg plate is a good idea? Durrr so many cars and bikes without plates why.?and don't say its a new car. Lol

cant they expand the frame showng back of minivan and READ number plate???!!!

usual standard of driving of white van drivers .  van had lights on most dont

The blurry cctv camera is from June 1974
