more people at T-21 than I've seen since opening day;  but the only reason to go to T-21 is Foodland and it's not open, yet.

The only reason? Actually I found the mall to be one of the more interesting in Thailand - in respect of its 'street-furniture'. Worth a first-time visit just for that. I agree with the sentiment re shopping though! I dislike malls generally.

There open now July 2020 I spoke to the CEO from Bangkok and he said they had to redo the entire supermarket since they lost 8 staff members. They were closed for 4 months 

not open this month at all but are now supposed to be reopening in September.

 

either way, those are some really stupid reasons for being closed.
