To someone it may concern! Looking for loan with interest, collateral is a plot of land (almost 2 Rai) with a large villa in Phuket.  The value of the villa is 32 million baht (have property appraisal), need approximately half of that cost. Loan term is 18 months.

Go to the bank, they (and anyone else who wants to loan you money) want to know what kind of income you have of course to see if you can pay back the loan.

Exactly...go to a bank...seriously, being asked on an internet forum for an 18 mil loan is on a par with the boiler room guys that keep calling me to invest 50k Sterling in some IPO. How's the weather in East Africa?
