February 22, 20206 yr Hallo..i want a Smart phone that i can use all over the world but not only in Thailand to make good you tube Videos and easy to use Can someone please recommend some phones I could look at with good prices in Bangkok?
February 22, 20206 yr Popular Post You want "the best camera" and you want "good prices". So what do you want? It's like: I want a fast car, but not so expensive - useless!
February 22, 20206 yr Popular Post Samsung. Only Samsung. They make the best cameras. The iPhone is not even a close second, with regard to the camera. The galaxy S10+ is a fantastic phone. Far better display, far more custom keyboard options, easier cut and paste. Apple is barely a close second overall. Since Jobs has died, the company is stagnant. Just better versions of the same product each time, with the exception of the notebooks. They are worse, as they have eliminated nearly all the adapters. Boneheaded move.

You can spend 30k, 40k and more. Samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5g is an example for about 40k. A good "value for money" piece is the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro (~11k).
February 23, 20206 yr Popular Post Generally good on camera side of things are (alphabetically, so there's no hot blood): Apple, Huawei, Oppo and Samsung. It's not only about raw sensor performance (most use Sony made sensors anyway), but also about how they process the photos, how well the image stabilisation works and what kind of photography/videography you are interested in. None of these comes cheap though as best cameras are only put into flagship models, which in general are: Apple iPhone 11 Pro/Max, Huawei P30 Pro/P40 Pro*/Mate 30 Pro*, Oppo Reno 3 Pro, Samsung S20 Ultra. Cheapest of this lot is Oppo, only one below 20,000 baht, all the rest would be between 30,000 and >50,000 baht. However Oppo does that at the expense of processing power, using 7xx series Snapdragon vs. 8xx series in others (or equivalent in Huawei/Samsung). A step down from that would be top-end Xiaomi, which is a little cheaper than Oppo but packs top-end specs. Xiaomi Note 10 Pro comes to mind. Do not try to compare Xiaomi's image processing (although VERY decent) with a top-end models from others. Especially in night node. That's where Huawei shines with RYYB sensor vs RGGB sensors in all the others. Marked Huaweis (although there are Youtube videos and articles on how to install it) come without Google services so out of the box they are NOT easy to use. Honestly what most people producing Youtube videos use is GoPro for being small, tough and producing amazingly fluid video. It can be mounted on a drone or a gimbal, and easily fits in pocket.

February 23, 20206 yr Popular Post Best camera is a camera. Best phone is a phone. A phone is not a camera and a camera is not a phone.! You can't squeeze any decent optics into a phone, too thin, but you could squeeze a phone into a camera, not sure if anyone would want it though.!

And my laptop is a MacBook pro. I have an iPad, and an iPod. I love Apple. I just think their phones suck. No room for opinions here? Compare your images, blown up fairly large, to an image from a Samsung galaxy 10s, or a Huawei P30 pro. No comparison.

Just look at the cr.p that you see daily as eyewitness videos etc. To adapt to the dumbing the industry starts to supply rotatable screens etc. How long will evolution take to adapt with vertical eye position
February 23, 20206 yr Just looking at what spec you get for the price. How does the Samsung s10 compare to this? https://www.lazada.co.th/products/aova-p30-pro-4g64g-63-hd-4800-mah-facebook-line-youtube-1-i713052742-s1366274062.html
February 24, 20206 yr This video is worth a watch for iPhone, he’s one of the top travel film makers.
February 24, 20206 yr Apple is best for world wide coverage which was one of the criteria in the original question. I am not an Apple fan, but their phones have darn good cameras. I agree with SpiderMike that Samsung has a great camera. The best?, maybe, but iPhone is close. Samsung has more hardware to work with (larger image sensor) but I think iPhone image processing software is better. Samsung also seems to use a vivid (not realism color scale. But I think this can be set to realism in the settings. Of course with Samsung you get a bloatware 'proprietary' android OS. Samsung makes different variants of the same model depending on the region it is to be used in, so not the best for world wide coverage for any one variant. Someone here said Huawei has the best camera. It does have one of the most mega pixel sensors, but the most pixels does not equal the best camera - by far. I haven't seen it person, but at 48 mega pixels it has a relatively small CMOS sensor. I'd hate to be loading those pics to the cloud on a limited data plan. Spec-wise, it's not as good as the larger sensors in the iPhone and Samsung. The Huawei video capabilities (which was also listed a s criteria) is not near as good as the iPhone and Samsung. If you think Huawie is good, consider OnePlus 7T - similar cameras, but the OnePlus has much better world-wide compatibility. The Pixel 4 has similar camera as the IPhone but I think Apple's image processing software is slightly better. I have compared them side by side. They are both very good, the edge goes to Pixel 4 which also has better world side coverage than Samsung and Huawei. You can compare phones, their network support, cameras and other specs here: https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=9846&idPhone2=10081&sSearch3=hwawei&idPhone3=10058 You can also use the phone finder to sort for the phone that has the best specs for you: https://www.gsmarena.com/search.php3? You can also compare pictures from popular phones on the same site. If you want a phone that works on the most networks worldwide, I think the iPhone is hands down the best choice. I think iPhone has a better implementation of camera and video functions like panoramic, slo-mo, portrait mode, etc. You can check the compatibility of phones with the various services in countries around the world here: https://willmyphonework.net/
February 24, 20206 yr Huawei p30 has the best camera although it can produce over enhanced effects at times from reviews I read . The newest iPhone is pretty good quality but crazy prices. If I was buying a new one at a low price I would get a htc u11 eyes (9400bht) or a htc u 19e ( 11200bht ) . The 19 has a 24 mp camera but the u11 is waterproof and good video and photo quality. I had one and lost count of amount of times I dropped it and not a mark on it.
February 24, 20206 yr I have the Huawei P30 Pro. It's Leica camera is the best phone camera on the market. (You can turn off the watermark, btw)
