What you did by naming the company who scammed the money from other people would be called "naming and shaming" which is not allowed on Thai Visa because Thailand has very strict libel laws. If a third party believes he has lost business/revenue/profits because of something posted on this website, irrespective of what that party may or may not have done, Thai law provides an avenue for that party to pursue defamation action by approaching a court submitting documents to the court for issue of proceedings against "persons unknown".  The judge could issue a court order against Thai Visa. If approved, that court order would require Thai Visa to disclose member IP address details. Once provided, the third party would go back to court to obtain a court order requiring the ISP to provide personal details (name, address etc) of the member. On receipt of that information the third party would return to court requesting/submitting an amendment to the original court papers (inserting member's details, now known) and a court order would be issued/served on the member. That is the primary reason why we do not allow naming and shaming - to protect
the member (and ourselves too). 

We do not want the headache, and therefore do not allow libelous material on this website.
