How much money did your condo here make you a few years ago? It only made you what you could rent it for, which I guarantee is nowhere near what I rent my properties for in Australia. Now, the rents are still high, and bank interest is 5%, meanwhile, your condo here remains the same to you, which is just accommodation value, which also attracts fees, taxes, and maintenance costs. -
