Just to check current prices in Phuket... Here in Kata the best I could find so far is 6k for Aerox (155cc) and 3k for Click (125cc)... Has anybody else seen better deals in Kata/Karon? (Patong or Chalong are welcome if price is better)... Thanks!

It's very frustrating as the vast majority of places that I tried simply multiplied their daily rate by 30 - the concept of discounting is alien to them.

 

Best I could find was 6,500/month for a PCX, so I think your prices are in the ball park.

You should just buy from Deus ex Machina used motorcycles in Bangkok. Prices are way cheaper than what you will find in Phuket. English speaking and they deliver to your door within a couple of days.

Guy is in Phuket and you suggest buy a bike in Bangkok. Guy just want rent a short time.

3 k month for a Click is about as low as it gets here in Kata. 

An post advertising the rental of a motorbike has been removed.
