My son is a doctor in a hospital in Melbourne. He just sent me this :-

 

"Lots of people being really screwed over by Thai airlines, some of my colleagues have been asked to fill out that stupid form the Thai government are issuing saying a person must have been tested for Covid 19 in the last 48h and asking for a test. We are flat out refusing and then people are losing their airfare."

 

If you know anyone about come here I would warn them to check in good time they can get one.

I think that was the whole point of requesting a non attainable certificate..

Stopped the inflow of foreigners, without actually saying "borders are closed" !!

Bizarre thinking or lack thereof...
