You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your child.

They will need to be with you when you apply.

You will need their birth certificate and a copy of it and a copy of their house book registry.

Probably impossible, but can you get a 60 day extension on a 30-day visa exempt based on marriage, and then get a second 60 day extension based on children? ????

You can only get one 60 day extension per entry.

It does not matter if you did it to visit different members of your family or not.

Immigration might do 2 of them by applying under number 3 of the memorandum.

Thanks Ubonjoe. It was pie in the sky.

I recently extended my visa waiver entry by 30 days. Daughter came with me but the I.O. said she didn't need to, copy of birth certificate was sufficient. She also told me that when that extension expires I can apply for a second (60) day extension on the same basis. I was surprised, but she was adamant that was the case!
