Central Festival is open for food carryout

Ground floor has tables for ordering from many restaurants. McDonald's is open. The food sold by weight is open.

I have been told many large malls in the country are doing the same.

They send the order up to the restaurant and someone brings it down for you to takeaway.

No perfect system, but at least some of these places can keep workers and stay in business.

More like a nice dream. No traffic, no old guys flopping everywhere, plenty of food places open.

Except for the supermarket area.
That is still open for some kind of business
According to the following announcements
1) Supermarket (Central Food Hall)
2) Pharmacy including boots open g floor
3) restaurant only for sale to consume somewhere else (take away or delivery)
4) Bank is open on the 4th floor.
5) AIS Shop
