My friend's grandmother is alone in Buriram. She (my friend) is abroad and can't help.  Her doggie died lately and we want to get her another one.

Any suggestions?  We will pay for someone to get the vaccinations and adoption fees and then deliver the dog and food to her. Just a friendly shorthair puppy or friendly adult.
