There's Alan the builder in surin, however i believe he is away to koh samui building a house down there but his business card and phone no. is on farang connection website. Look under businesses its the first one.

P.S. his work is top quality worth giving him a call.

I will endorse what that Geordie git has said. Alan's a good builder. If the OP is Patrick, PM me and I'll get him to look at it, although at the mo he is working down Koh Samui and I don't know when he will be back.
