Drivers license renewal during shutdown

The DLT website states that they are closed for Drivers license renewal until after the emergency. My DL will expire near the end of May so I may need to drive with and expired license until they reopen. Anyone have experience with DLT recently. 

No problem. It has already been announced expiring licences will remain valid until the end of the emergency plus 14 days.

Thanks. It wasn't on their website, but it makes sense. If they want a medical certificate as before, I need to figure the timing.
