Sending Boxed 55" TV to Bangkok...Best Way?

Featured Replies

Any advice what is the best way (cost/safety) to send a boxed 55' Tv from a condo in Jomtien to an apartment in Bangkok.  The Tv weights about 17kg and cost 11.5k baht.  Cheers

I'm sure that any transport chap will tell you that he/she will take it. Personally, I would take it myself in a car. If you entrust it to anyone else, be prepared for it to be broken on route, unless it is very well wrap protected.  Take it yourself is my advice.

If it's in its original box with all the original packing properly placed, I would be quite happy to send by courier.

Kerry Express are trusted by many retailers to ship goods to their customers all over Thailand.

If don't have a car, taxi is under 2,000 baht.

I have no recommendations. Did a wee bit of searching and came up with this as a possibility:

Other than that I'd suggest either Kerry Express or as previously mentioned, hire a private vehicle/mini-van.

With Kerry you can arrange pick up and insure the shipment. https://th.kerryexpress.com/en/contact/

Kerry is real reliable. DHL will break the TV for sure. Avoid like the plague.
