That may be so, but I prefer to listen to scientists than 'believe whatever'.

So your a socialist/communist who listens to science payed for by Big Pharma, it is a for profit business you know ????  - well done.

Try expand your reading, "Cognitive dissonance" will kick in, but try push through - you can do it - eyes open!

Try this one for starters :- Science based - https://childrenshealthdefense.org

Wearing a mask reduces the possibility that YOU infect those around you. It does not protect YOU from getting infected by others. Not wearing a mask in public says 'I do not care about you, my fellowman'.

How can I infect others if I'm not infected?

If I don't wear a mask it means "don't worry, I'm not infected".

If you think otherwise, up to you.
"Hey you, yes you, the shady guy there with the filthy mask, stay away from me please, you do not look trustworthy."

What is scarier is the Orwellian Police force rising up telling us we must obey orders - as they do, as they have lost the ability to think for themselves!

Anyone that can't see through the current media driven nonsense deserves servitude!

I am ok with servitude.

I do all the TM's required, the 90 days report, and so on...

and now I wear a mask.

Those who don't want to obey government orders should react concretely and publicly.

Of course there will be the risk of repercussions by the law officers and/or government.

Therefore I am convinced that many will just prefer to  continue to post their vexation on forums.

Ah, these are good scientists, not bad ones.

The only person on the board with a science background has a child with autism... No bias there, I'm sure.

Popular topics: Autism, 5G and Bill Gates.

Keeping your tin foil hat securely in place?

I wearing a N95 mask, it has a little valve that opens when I breathe out.

Doesn't protect anyone from me, only protects me from them (maybe).

Been wearing the same mask for 3 months now.

I'm wearing a mask, but still not caring about anyone else!

I have the same, wash it regularly.

Don't know  if it is helpful or not, scientists seems to have different opinions about it.

But Thai government order to do it, or consequences may follow,

so I wear one.

Is that how they eradicated smallpox and polio - by praying it away?

There's quite a lot of theorists saying improved hygiene, living conditions and nutrition is what destroyed most of the old killer diseases, and not vaccination.

Weak/undernourished people are more susceptible to disease.

I dunno about Autism or 5G, or tin foil hats, sorry. But watching the activities of Bill Gates in the last years, well, there were a lot of dubious activities under the umbrella of his charity. And now he is promoted from computer virus breeding ground (called Windows) creator to "the" world's virus vaccine expert, and that without any medical or scientific qualification! Weird.

So when he and his charity shows up, promising to make us even more happy than he managed to do with Windows, I think it is a good idea to examine very closely what he is trying to do to us this time.

That is the good citizen's way, yes, obey, obey, to all and everything.

The better citizen's way is to get the government to improve its orders.

What are your concrete plans to get that realised here in Thailand?

Posting on forums doesn't count.

And how could you know that??

Are you saying that I am? Any source? Any proof?

There are already many recovered patients, thousands of negative tests, and many indications that the real number of (recovered and immune) infections is very high.

So why do you claim that I (or anyone else) is infected, without knowing anything about me (or anyone else)?

And one more thing, you might have read it, no new Corona case in Thailand.

No response but just a tea-time observation > Your spiteful and non-sequitur contributions to this and other Forum threads are not well aligned with your Avatar-picture...

For example talking with some friends in (nicely decorated) uniforms, discussing the situation with them, trying to convince them to propose changes to the ones which can make them. You might be surprised, but unlike they noise in this forum claims there are many honest ones in the uniforms, also higher up the ranks.

And in general, talking and discussing with the Thai people. You might remember,  they had some effect the last elections, kicked some legs heavily with the many future forward votes.

Most certainly not by locking myself in my room and hiding behind a mask.

No doubt, but I am afraid they don't represent the majority, and no sure they will do something which may affect their career.

And it seems that most of the Thai people already forgot the Future Forward party.

But anyway, good luck in your quest.

But he didn't say that did he? He asked you how can you know you're virus free? If you refuse to wear a mask then surely you also should insure you are virus free correct?

Really? Who Are they? Just a small sample should do, say half a dozen?

Two would be a couple, three would be a few, so more than three would be a lot (or many).

You said 'quite a lot'... How many, then? Three or four? Can you name any of them?

According to Oxford Living Dictionary: quite a lot (or a bit) - A considerable number or amount of something.

You only get as good as you give...

"The New Inquisition referring to Science instead of God is rather scary when they see it as their Moral Duty to Enforce their remedies on all of society."

People who slag off at scientists in general, for doing nothing more than their jobs, and implying that they are all corrupt hypocrites, really give me the <deleted>s.

Once again, totally off the mark.

When using the term "the Science Inquisition" I was not referring to scientists in general, but to those who 'in the name of science' think it their Responsible Duty to enforce mandatory vaccination on everybody.  Vaccination is a controversial subject, and surely not all scientists are in agreement about the practice to put it mildly.

Which scientists are they? Can you name a scientific body that has the power to enforce vaccines on 'anybody'? Maybe in North Korea? I might believe that.
