Floor to 2. Floor house?

Featured Replies

I need a good solution for floor at 2. floor.

Base is iron, and I want wood, but they say it will be to expensive and to much work. Then their option is concrete board and tiles. I am not sure if they have click boards here that is worth to try? And hopefully available at Homepro or global house type of shops.

Any suggestions is welcomed, but we are not building a expensive flat, just a farm bungalow style.

How about one of the Shera floor solutions?

We used Shera decking on our elevated pool deck, solid and looks like wood planking, not terribly expensive. Needs supports at 300mm centres.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Looking at your photo, those concrete posts only look suitable for a single story building.

Also the way it is tied into the building that is already constructed, I would only use that upper section as an attic, and wouldn't put any significant weight up there.

Because of the load bearing issue, concrete boards would be out of the question.

That leaves you with wood , or the conwood type planks that crossy suggested, or you can now buy it in a board.

I think I have a pic on my phone that I took in global. I'll look now.

Thank you, we will use those.

Anyway, we will have more poles, as I suggested more iron poles, and already digg and cement fhe fundation, as well going to have cross sections from top to bottom.
