I live outside Banphai, an area that often has power cuts / voltage drops and drop outs with internet.
Can anyone suggest the best provider / deal for Internet package for phone / computer ?     Don't want to 'rent' modem and router.

I don't need it for streaming films as I download TV programs in advance for viewing later.

I don't have a TV.
