Available? Opening  hours? Priviledged  access?

I would  like  to  express an objection   via   the "support "!

But  hey ho  it  will not  function  for me.

But on my heels is a moderator ! 

What   gives?

It does appear support is a rare commodity here.. sort of "put up or shut up"  eg larger sites  you get a ticket and an answer within hours,.

Now i appreciate TV is a much smaller shoe string operation and possibly any technical support is subbed out to website provider but then again any questions should be monitored, answered and solutions given by the "support" department

I hope this post is not removed by moderation as is not meant to be malicious but would not be surprised if it is.

 

I have a travel website and indeed if it fails or plays up and is reported to me in any form it gets acknowledge and hopefully rectified  asap

Best thing to do is to email support about the problem with the support tab.

 

It takes the tech guys to change things like this.

The situation  becomes ironically   amusing !

The Support forum is an 'open forum' allowing members to help each other through issues directly related to use or understanding of the ThaiVisa forum, and while questions may be answered by moderators it is not a space to discuss moderation.

 

Alternatives communications such as using the in-thread "Report Post" or emailing Support (at) thaivisa.com are available for 'objections' or other matters that require the attention of a Mod, or members of the forum working support team.
