I don't honestly know, How about having a 'trusted' friend in the Philippines use your debit card there once or twice a month. Set a limit and maybe that will fix the inequality that the system promotes. -

Saw you reply, and was going to post ... 'yea, you think', then opened thread and saw OP, then thought, maybe not. Looking more like a golf cart, and many of those are made in TH. May even be a DIY vehicle. Chances are, it probably did not have a lithium battery, as most low end ones don't. Along with the usual fine reporting, as it's not even a tricycle, rather 4 wheeler. -
