I am receiving treatment at Sri Phat hospital and will need future appointments. I live 4 hours away and need to use a wheelchair. I have stayed at Duangtawan Hotel, but would like to know if there are any other hotels near Sri Phat that have wheelchairs for use by guests. So far I've found lots of wheelchair accessible hotels but none that actually have the chairs available.

You will probably have tried the obvious of asking Sriphat or Maharaj that question but otherwise it seems unlikely that a hotel will have wheelchairs unless they are hospital-'affiliated'.  Or maybe Sriphat will lend/rent you one for the duration of your visits?

Suan dok hostel is an option. It is located in the Suan dok parking building. At the ground floor is the new Sripath CT scan and MRI facility located. They have wheelchairs available there.
