laughable to suggest that the average thai farmer will be able to produce medical grade cannabis extracts. most of these farmers won't even be able to produce a product worth extracting in the first place.

  

Even the foreign guys doing rooms are having trouble with potency. Apparently lovely flowers but no kick. No idea what a proper outdoor grow would do in THA. Chiang Mai???
