I have a Surface Pro 5 which looks like the SSD has failed as there is a little HD icon in the BIOS.

The Surface Pro 5 SSD is soldered to the motherboard.

 

I wonder if anybody can recommend a place in BKK, cannot see to find anything on GOOGLE.

Do you still have warranty?

Microsoft has a very good service for Surface. And even if you don't have warranty anymore I would contact them first.
