The lady that dealt with me categorically told me that i did'nt need to send my LC back to them, the phone call and security questions were adequate enough to comply. I think whoever you spoke to was having a bad day.

I've been receiving a local authority pension in Thailand for the last 5 years and never been sent any kind of certificate to complete.

Same-same here,govt. pension,23 years gone,not one letter,retired at 48 years old

How long have you been receiving a UK gov. pension???

I have had one every years for the past 15 years
