I am looking for a dealer/installer/parts supplier for Conch windows and doors in the Bang Lamung District of Chonburi (Pattaya area).

The markings on the french doors and windows show the word Conch.  The previous owner left contact information for the windows (and apparently the fly screen contact information was the same).  We contacted the window/screen guy in Pattaya and were told by him that he is old and no longer in that business.  He also said that he didn’t know who currently installs these types of windows and screens.  It appears that no-one took over his business.

Is anyone familiar with Conch windows and doors?  If so, where can I find a dealer?

LMK UPVC from Sriracha, Chonburi installs Conch windows and doors.  The company also installs the same fly screens as shown in the original post.  

 

The owner, Pong, responded immediately to my email and although his English is very limited he used Google translate to respond in English.  

He came to the house and checked the windows and doors.  Some of the windows and doors need adjustments and he stated that he can make the necessary adjustments.  He also stocks spare parts such as gaskets, hinges, etc. Interestingly he brought a tape measure and actually used it. He has already provided a written cost estimate for the needed adjustments to the windows and doors.

 

Pong is responsive to phone calls, email, and Line messages.
