Can anybody shed any light on this card that has just been delivered to my house.

It is a True Black Cosmo card in a fancy box with nothing else inside , no explanation or instructions .

 

At first the Mrs thought it was a replacement card for the True Vision receiver.

Having looked on the back , I see it is more like a debit/credit card . 

The issuing bank is a bank I have never heard of , it has 16 numbers on the back plus the 3 security numbers .

If I was meant to use it surely it would be rejected as I have no funds in the issuing bank.

 

Anybody else have one of these delivered ?

Stick it in the nearest ATM, who knows it may bring luck and good fortune or prison  :cheesy:
