TM30 house owner online problem

Hi guys,

 

Trying to do my TM30 visa house owner webpage. House owner is my wife.

 

Today i did register here for my wife in 5 min with no problem: https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/

first email they sent to me saying to confirm my e-mail. 2nd one was telling my username and password.

 

So i went to my profile there and downloaded the TM30 form there filled it in and moved to the main page to register the foreigner.

 

There what ever i do i just cannot save the info! always keep saying there is something wrong with section1 info input. I really dont know whats wrong. i did filled in all the questions or sections, i even uploaded the formed i downloaded (although there is no clue its ok or not because it doesnt say anything after input the file. 

 

any one has experience with this? is something wrong?

UPDATE:  I just did it via mobile app. It worked like a magic. so if anyone want to do this i suggest to register via website and do the foreigner registration via mobile app.
